How Do I Find My Schools Online Shop?

Our easy to use school finder tool allows you to search for your schools dedicated online uniform store, making buying your child's uniform quick and easy.

How Do I Order Online?

It’s easy! Search for your school using the Price & Buckland school finder tool.

You can then go directly to your schools PB Parents Online website and set up an account.

Once logged in, you can purchase any of your school’s uniform, payable by debit or credit card. Uniform is dispatched to a home or work address within 5 working days* and a postage and packaging cost is added.

If you can’t find your school on our school finder tool, it may be that you need to order your uniform direct from school, as they may not be using the PB Parents Online service.

*Delivery times may be extended during our busy summer period (June-September)

What Happens Once I Have Placed My Order?

If you have chosen a personal address your order will be despatched once you’ve received your confirmation e-mail within 5 working days* of you placing your order. You will then receive an e-mail and SMS text from Royal Mail with your orders tracking information.

If you have chosen delivery into your school your order will be included with the next scheduled delivery. Direct to school deliveries are made on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month**.

*Delivery times may be extended during our busy summer period (June-September)

Why Has My Order Not Been Dispatched Yet?

Deliveries to personal addresses should be dispatched within 5 working days, however at peak times of the year* deliveries may take longer. We will always endeavour to inform you of any changes to delivery times. If you have selected personal delivery, you will receive SMS updates from Royal Mail and a tracking number to inform your of your deliveries progress.

Can my Order Be Amended, Cancelled Or Added To?

During our peak period in the summer months, we are unable to amend or cancel your order due to the volume of orders that we receive daily.

If you’d like to modify your order outside of the peak period, give our Customer Services team a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate – though please note that we cannot always guarantee amendments.

Once orders have been placed they cannot be added to.

How Do I Exchange An Item?

Rather than operating an exchange service, we ask that you return your items for a full refund and then place a new order. The returned items will need to be in their original condition and sent back to us within 14 days from receipt of the goods. All refunds are made back to the card used to make the original purchase.

How Do I Return An Item?

  • Peel off the return label attached to your despatch note received with your garments, and stick clearly to the front of the return package.
  • Fill in the required details on the reverse of the despatch note including reason for return and enclose with your return parcel.
  • Post the package back to Price & Buckland using Royal Mail ensuring items are securely packaged.
PLEASE NOTE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COVER ANY POSTAGE FEES, AND WE ADVISE YOU OBTAIN A PROOF OF POSTAGE RECEIPT AS WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES.

Alternatively you can use our Collect+ service.

Our Collect+ service allows you to return up to 10kg* of clothing for a fixed price of £4.60 and includes online tracking. Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at over 5,000 local stores, most open until late, 7 days a week.

To use this service simply visit www.collectplus.co.uk/price-buckland and find your nearest store.

  • Visit the above website and purchase your return address label.
  • Print out your return address label and stick clearly to the front of your parcel.
  • Fill in the required details on the reverse of the despatch including reason for return and enclose with your return parcel.
  • Take your package to your chosen store offering Collect+ and receive a tracking code.
