Bespoke Design Service

Here at Price & Buckland we’re all about providing you with exactly what you want. That’s why we offer a full bespoke design service to help ease the process of creating and producing a new school uniform. From the beginning concept ideas right through to the finished garments, we’ll guide and advise you on design, fabric options, colours and styles. Whether you’re looking for a complete uniform overhaul, or want to integrate a matching sportswear kit, you can rest assured that we know what we’re doing.

Delivery Services

We appreciate that it is not only the quality and style of the school uniform that’s important, but also the ease of which parents can buy it.

With this is mind, we offer a range of solutions to make sure you get the method of delivery that works for you:

  • Direct to parents via our school-specific online store
  • Through your chosen retailer

PB Parents Online

For schools that don’t want direct involvement in the sale of their school uniform, but want to ensure the style and quality of uniform remains consistent, we offer an online service for parents. PB Parents Online is our simple, bespoke online ordering site where parents can order their school uniform from the comfort of their own home, and direct from Price & Buckland.

Managed Stock Handling

Our Managed Stock Handling service is a great way to help you manage your schoolwear. When you join Price & Buckland we will work with you to agree what you’ll likely need for the year, then we will produce and store it for you. You’ll then be able to request your uniform as and when it is needed, with delivery within 5 working days, even during peak periods.

Customer Services

Every one of our schools has a specific account manager who is responsible for each individual account. In addition to this we have a supportive help desk to answer any queries, concerns or complaints along the way.

This personal service ensures that all of our customers will be dealing with someone who really knows the specific details of each account, in order to best manage expectations and ensure a consistent and hassle-free experience.

We take a proactive approach to managing our accounts, looking for ways to improve processes, ease the pressure and in turn respond best to all of your school uniform needs.

Please allow up to 12 working days for dispatch on all uniform orders, and an additional 2-5 days for delivery via Royal Mail.
